Visit & Lunch at Villa Astaldi
Project Visit & Lunch: Villa Astaldi – A Roman Villa Reimagined
Date: September 12
Location: Via Saverio Mercadante 28, Rome
Presented by: ARX Asset Management
As part of our final day in Rome, we invite you to explore Villa Astaldi, a refined Roman residence that reflects the evolving dialogue between historic architecture and contemporary urban regeneration. Presented by ARX Asset Management, this visit offers an authentic look at the careful restoration and strategic repositioning of a unique early 20th-century villa in the Parioli district.
Villa Astaldi was originally designed in the 1920s by Arnaldo Foschini and Attilio Spaccarelli, and later adapted by Mario Ridolfi, a central figure in Italian modernism. Today, the villa has been sensitively restored to preserve its architectural character while adapting it to new uses—offering a blend of heritage, charm, and functional versatility.
Guests will tour the property’s key spaces, from elegant salons and terraces to restored interiors and green outdoor areas, and hear directly from Gabriele Mazzetta about the vision for the villa’s future use. A light networking lunch will be served in the villa’s garden or one of its signature rooms—providing an opportunity to reflect on the broader themes of revitalizing historic assets for today’s real estate landscape.
This visit is a fitting close to our trade mission—highlighting how Rome’s architectural past can inspire new possibilities.
